Refraktor stores your game progress (level, lives, gem balance, unlocked skins) locally on your device using the device's built-in storage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server we operate.
Refraktor displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device's settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising).
Purchase transactions are processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat. RevenueCat receives a pseudonymous user ID to track entitlements (e.g. the Premium Battle Pass) so your purchases can be restored after reinstall. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or payment details. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or any other personally identifiable information. We do not operate any backend servers or databases that store user data.
Refraktor is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our app, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
All locally stored game data is retained on your device until you uninstall the app. You can clear this data at any time by deleting and reinstalling the app.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
